Can I import data from another app?

At this time, Elite HRV does not have the ability to import HRV data collected by other apps or programs. Additionally, 3rd party heart rate monitors do not give us access to stored data within the monitor itself - all HRV data must be collected live via the Bluetooth connection from the heart rate monitor.

You may be able to import previously collected HRV data into Kubios (link), which is the program we recommend for the analysis of raw R-R data. Kubios Standard is free to use.
