My Biofeedback Reading is not Calculating

In the Biofeedback section of the app, you have the ability to do a guided breathing reading, which can last anywhere from 2 to 20 minutes, or even longer. 

You may notice that the longer you take a reading, the longer the reading takes to process. 

HRV calculations can take quite a bit of processing power, and the more data the app receives and has to work with, the more processing is required. 

If you have taken a reading and it has not yet processed and the app seems hung up, we ask that you give the reading 1 day to finish processing. If it has not processed by that time, you can try syncing the app in one of 2 ways:

1. Pull down on the app home screen, and let go. You will see the app refresh. If that does not work,

2. Log out of the Elite HRV app, noting the email address you used to log in. Make sure you use the same email address to log back in. Once logged in, let the app sit open for about 2 minutes so the readings can start saving to the database.
