How to Read the Population Comparison Chart

On the home screen of the app, you will find a Population Comparison section. When you open this section, you will have a chart that can be modified to show the age group, gender, and HRV metrics you wish to see.

1. The numbers at the bottom of the chart are the HRV scores recorded by users in the selected demographic categories.

2. The height of the bars is the total number of our users that fall in that age range - this is a visual distribution, we do not provide the exact numbers.

3. Your bar shows where you are in comparison to the other users in your age range. The height of the yellow bar (you) is not significant; it marks your HRV score amongst your demographic peers.
