Refunds 
We offer refunds (minus return shipping costs) for 30 days after you receive your unit. To receive the refund, units must be returned in “as-new” condition with all accessories intact. To begin the process, send us an email with proof of purchase at support@elitehrv.com

Exchanges (90-day warranty)
We accept exchanges that are manufacturer-defective or damaged within 90 days of shipping with proof of purchase. To begin the process, send us an email with proof of purchase at support@elitehrv.com
