CorSense Refund and Exchange Policy

Refunds 
We offer refunds (minus return shipping costs) on brand new units for 30 days after you receive your unit. To receive the refund, units must be returned in “as-new” condition with all accessories intact. Please use THIS LINK to start the process.

Exchanges (90-day warranty)
We accept exchanges on brand new units that are manufacturer-defective or damaged within 90 days of shipping with proof of purchase. To begin the process, send us an email with proof of purchase at support@elitehrv.com

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For USED-LIKE-NEW units, we offer a 30 day exchange-only policy. Please contact support@elitehrv.com if you need to exchange your USED-LIKE-NEW unit.
