What is the "Rolling Average" HRV or HR value?

The rolling average time interval (i.e. 30s) controls the sample frequency of the rolling average for the chart lines that are labeled “Rolling Avg”.

For example, if the “Rolling Avg HR” is displayed on the chart, and the rolling average time interval is set to 30s, then a 30 second rolling average of heart rate will be charted on the graph.

By contrast, the regular “HR” will show a basic plot of HR throughout the reading and “Avg HR” will chart the average all previous points throughout the entire reading.
