Restoring data from an old account or moving data to a new account
If you have data on an Elite HRV account that you no longer use or haven’t used in a while, the best way to transition to a new account with a new email address is to simply change your email address on the original account.
This can be done on the Profile/Settings screen within the app directly or on the Profile/Settings screen in the Web Dashboard.
If you no longer remember which email address or password you used with your old account, you can use the “Forgot Login” and “Forgot Password” links on the login screen to help restore your old account.
If you accidentally created two accounts, and if the data on your old account(s) is needed, then please contact us, and we’ll be glad to help you merge the accounts. Note: You will need to confirm your ownership of both email addresses as part of the process.
