Lost Data?

Elite HRV securely backs up your data free of charge. If you sign in and appear to have lost your data, then you have likely signed in with a different email address than you originally signed up with.

When you sign up for an Elite HRV account, your email address is the unique identifier for your account. This is true whether you signed up via email, Facebook, or Google.

In order to retrieve your data, you will need to determine the email account that you originally signed up with. Once you determine which email address you originally signed up with (it may be the one on your Facebook or Google account), then you can use the “Forgot Password” link on the sign in page to reset your password and sign up.
