How to join a Team from within the Elite HRV app
Your coach or health practitioner may choose to create an Elite HRV team for their clients to join. This allows them to view your HRV data after you take readings.
To join a team from within the Elite HRV mobile app, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the "My Teams" option within the app settings menu
- Under Search For Teams begin typing the name of the Team
- When the Team name appears, tap it
- Confirm the request
- Wait for the Team Owner to approve of your request to join
- Upon approval you will receive a welcome email
*Note: The Team must already be created.
If you are interested in joining a Team on the app and do not have a coach or practitioner asking you to join their team, you can join the Elite HRV team by searching "Elite HRV" in the Teams section of the app.
If you join the team, other team members will see your basic stats like user name, Readiness Score, and daily HRV score. If you are not comfortable with this, please do not request to join the team.
Please note that we do not monitor or analyze Team members' data; the main reason behind joining would be to simply see how you compare to other team members on a daily basis.
