Heart Rate Stabilization Setting

If you want to adjust the heart rate stabilization period (or toggle it off or on), Open the option for "open reading":

Tap on the gearwheel at the top right hand of your screen

You should see "stabilization period' with a time setting with an arrow - tap on it

It will open and you can use the scroll option to change the time for up to 2 minutes in length.
