How to use the Data View

Overview of the Elite HRV Dashboard "data view", which displays HRV data for easy comparison, filtering, and export.

The data page of the web dashboard is the table view of all of the data that the dashboard pulls in on each member.

The date range displays the data for one day at a time, for the entire team. You can cycle through the days to see all of the different member data. Sort by any of the columns to display the data needed. Columns can be hidden by unchecking them.

You can also view individual data which will list all readings in reverse chronological order.

If the type of Data you are looking for is not showing up, click the "Data Type" column and ensure it has the right type selected.
