What are Groups Within a Team

Teams can be subdivided up into "Groups" of individuals (see above example).

Just like individuals, Groups can then be analyzed in aggregate in the Dashboard, Trends and Data views:

These groups can be flexibly structured by you (Team Owner). Individuals can be in one, multiple, all or no groups.

Examples of groups include:

  • A coach groups athletes into Defenders, Forwards and Goalkeepers - or Hitters and Pitchers
  • A practitioner, physician or consultant groups clients by men and women, or by therapy
  • A researcher groups subjects by control group and intervention group

Groups are created in the "Manage Team" + "Members" settings:

To create or change which group a member is in, select a member using the selector box to the right of their name, and click the "Group" dropdown menu.
