Facebook Login Issues

If you used Facebook to log into Elite HRV, and you are experiencing issues logging in after an update or after closing the app, please follow these steps:

1. Log out of Elite HRV completely
2. Log out of the Facebook app on your phone
3. Open your phone's browser, and make sure you're not logged into Facebook there
4. Restart Elite HRV, Facebook app, and browser
5. Log into your Facebook app again
6. Log into Elite HRV via Facebook login button
