HRV Metrics: Mean RR Interval

The Mean R-R Interval is the average R-R interval duration in a measurement, or the average time between heartbeats for a reading.

Instead of using mean R-R intervals, far better HRV insight is derived from other measurements, like HRV Score, which you can see as a default comparison in our Population Comparison Chart.

For healthy individuals ages 25-74 years, the range for mean R-R intervals is 750-1068.
