Why should you use tags?

The simplest answer is one word: CONTEXT

HRV is an extremely powerful biomarker, but it becomes even more useful if you add a few basic tags to your reading.

Tagging your readings can you help answer questions like:

  • Is your exercise plan working for you? Or are you over doing it?
  • How do the supplements you bought affect your HRV?
  • Is meditation worth your time?
  • How does alcohol, caffeine, or sleep hacking affect you?

The power in tagging comes when you do it frequently over time. Then you can look back on your trends and see which tags correlate with the biggest changes in your HRV and overall condition.
