Can I Set the "Reading Position" Permanently for all Readings?

When you set your body position before a reading, all subsequent readings will default to that position, until you select another one. 

To change the position, select the "+" option from the home screen:

Choose the Open Reading option.

You will see the setting option for reading position.

Once you make a selection here, all of your readings will default to this selection. Once you change position, you will see the newly selected position before each reading. You can always change this selection.
