What is the Live Preview Feature?

The purpose of the Live Preview is so you can view the quality of the reading data before starting the actual reading and data collection. We've changed how the old Stabilization Period works in favor of the new Live Preview feature.   

The data you see during the Live Preview will not be calculated as part of the reading, so to start collecting data you'll need to tap the "Start Reading" button.

For example, the large spike detected at the beginning of this Live Preview will not be counted in the HRV calculations:

In the reading results show a Signal Quality rating of "Good." This is because we were able to let the Live Preview show us that the HRV data was good before we started the reading.

If you are not interested in the Live Preview, you can toggle it off on the reading setup screen before you being any reading.
