Changing Measurement Units Within the App

To change the unit measurements (metrics) in the app you'll need to go into the app settings. 

From the App
1. At the top right corner of the Home Screen, click your profile picture or icon.

2. Find "Unit System" and tap on the arrow
3. Once the screen opens you are able to change the Unit system such as weight, height, distance, energy, water, glucose and 24-hour time. 


Your selections will automatically save in the app.
