Export Link Does Not Work

When you trigger a data export from the mobile app, you'll receive an email which contains a download link. Clicking the link should automatically download a zip file containing your raw data.

Sometimes, depending on your computer, you need to copy the link address and paste it into the browser instead of clicking the link. This should initiate the file download. Please give that a try and let us know at support@elitehrv.com if it does not work.
