Updating the Elite HRV app

When it is time to update the Elite HRV app, simply go to the Apple App Store (if you are on iOS) or to the Google Play store (if you are on Android) and search for Elite HRV. If you are not on the latest version, you will see the option to update. 

You may not have to sign in again after the update, but if you are asked to sign in again, please ensure that you are using the same email address or login method that you were using before. Your HRV data is connected to your login, so if you use a different one, you will not see your HRV data.
