In-App Purchase Refunds

If you made an in-app purchase (currently the only one is the $4.99 Premium Integrations upgrade) and wish to receive a refund, the process depends on which platform you use.

Google Play:

We can refund you, we just need the email address associated with your Google Play account if it is different than your Elite HRV email address. Email us at support@elitehrv.com to request this.

Apple App Store:

Refunds will need to be requested directly from the App Store; they do not give us the ability to issue refunds directly. Here is the Apple Support article that describes how to do this: Apple App Store Refunds
