In-App Purchase Refunds

If you made an in-app purchase (currently the only one is the $4.99 Premium Integrations upgrade) and wish to receive a refund, the process depends on which platform you use.

Google Play:

We can refund you, we just need the email address associated with your Google Play account if it is different than your Elite HRV email address. Email us at to request this.

Apple App Store:

Refunds will need to be requested directly from the App Store; they do not give us the ability to issue refunds directly. Here is the Apple Support article that describes how to do this: Apple App Store Refunds
