Using HRV with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

Some users would like to use HRV to track their CFS symptoms and improve them over time. Her focus is dysautonomia and POTS, but we believe many of the concepts apply. We've had other users tell us they've been able to find and join social media groups (on Facebook and elsewhere) that have been created for the sole purpose of individuals with CFS, POTS, or other conditions to share information and suggestions with each other. Finding a group that fits your needs can be a great way to connect with individuals dealing with similar symptoms!
