Troubleshooting the Dashboard

Often, issues you may see with the Personal Pro or Team Dashboard are caused by internet browser issues or readings not being synced fully from the app. Please follow the steps below when you notice any data missing or any strange behavior in the Dashboard:

1. Log out of the Elite HRV app, noting the email address you used to log in. Make sure you use the same email address to log back in. Once logged in, let the app sit open for about 2 minutes so the readings can start saving to the database. 

2. Sync your readings on the mobile app by pulling down on the Home screen until you see the arrow then letting go.

3. Clear your internet browser cache on the device you are using to view the Personal Pro dashboard. You may even want to try a different internet browser to see if the data is correct.  We recommend using Chrome.
