Tags Missing in the Dashboard
If you find that tagged readings are not showing up in your Dashboard, please check the following:
First select the correct Reading Type. After you've selected Reading Type for the first level, then down for "Tags Comparison" you also need to select the same reading type. Now the "Tags" tab should show up on the top chart.
2. Once you've selected Open below in Trends, up top you can now select the tags
3. Then you can click on the tags in the section below and compare the trends
Please test this out. If it doesn't work, contact us at email@example.com and include your Dashboard account email, user email (if this is a team member), and date range of readings you are looking for.
