RR Distribution Chart

The RR Interval Distribution chart shows the distribution of the RR intervals for a reading, which means you can visually see how many of each RR interval was recorded.

RR intervals are the time between heartbeats: What are R-R intervals?

The x axis shows the interval - the time between the beats.

The y axis shows the number of those intervals you had in your reading, that way visually you can see the higher bars represent more common intervals.
