How to delete HRV entries/readings within the Elite HRV app?

You can delete any HRV readings, as well as sleep, exercise, or other entries using similar methods.

1. From the Home screen, go to the "Previous Logs."

2. Tap the reading or entry that you would like to delete

3. Scroll to the bottom and hit "Delete reading"

4. Confirm that you want to delete the reading

It is recommended to sync to the server after deleting entries. You can do this by pulling down with your finger on the app’s Home screen.
