How to Uninstall and Reinstall the Elite HRV App

Before uninstalling Elite HRV, first:

Check which email address you use to login.

1. Tap the profile picture or blue icon right corner to view the "Settings" screen
2. Click "View Profile"
3. Your email will be displayed below your Profile Picture

(Using Google or Facebook login? Make sure to use the same login method next time, or create a password using the Forgot Password link on the login page)

iOS Uninstall + Reinstall

1. Check your profile (see above steps)
2. Hold your finger down on the Elite HRV app icon on your phone's home screen
3. Once it starts shaking, tap the small "X" and confirm the uninstall
4. Restart iPhone
5. Visit the Apple App Store and reinstall the Elite HRV app

Android Uninstall + Reinstall

1. Check your profile (see above steps)
2. Open your phone's "app drawer" which contains all apps
3. Hold your finger down on the Elite HRV app icon in the app drawer
4. A small menu should appear next to the app icon
5. Tap "Uninstall" and confirm the uninstall
   • if Uninstall is not an option, try "App Info" or "App Settings" and then uninstall from there
6. Visit the Google Play Store and reinstall the Elite HRV app
