Can I Measure Inflammation with HRV?

HRV typically correlates with general inflammation. Since so many things impact HRV and general inflammation, it’s sort of a process of elimination to root it out. If you’re relatively fit and generally healthy but have some nagging health issues and/or a much lower HRV than you’d expect, then you may be experiencing some sort of systemic inflammation that is gut/food related or psychological stress related (or both).

It would take regular tracking and using tags and context to parse out what is causing the inflammation, and using HRV experiments to figure out how to avoid it (are there trigger foods? emotional stress triggers?).
