I Signed up for Annual Billing but Wanted Monthly

If you accidentally selected "annual" Dashboard billing instead of "Monthly", you'll need to reach out directly to us at support@elitehrv.com. Please include the email address associated with your account and give express permission for us to cancel your annual subscription.

We will alert you when the cancellation and refund have processed, and then you can go back to dashboard.elitehrv.com and sign up again, selecting the "Monthly" billing option.
