I Signed up for Annual Billing but Wanted Monthly

If you accidentally selected the Annual Dashboard subscription instead of the Monthly option, please contact us at support@elitehrv.com.


In your message, be sure to:

  • Include the email address associated with your account
  • Provide explicit permission for us to cancel your annual subscription

Once your cancellation and refund have been processed, we’ll notify you. You can then return to dashboard.elitehrv.com and sign up again with the Monthly billing option.
