Dashboard Subscription Refund Policy
With any monthly subscription, we will refund 1 month's fee, no questions asked.
Annual subscriptions work off of a "credits" system, so it is difficult to refund only certain months. If you contact us within the month you activate an annual subscription wishing to cancel, we will refund the entire amount. Once the subscription progresses, you will have started using monthly credits. You can cancel at any time using the instructions linked below, and the remaining credit balance will be available if you ever wish to re-activate your subscription.
When we perform a subscription refund, the subscription is canceled immediately. If you wish to cancel a subscription so you are not billed the next month but still want to use the Dashboard through the rest of the current billing cycle, please see these articles on how to cancel:
