Morning Readiness Streak Lost
When you do not miss Morning Readiness readings, the app will show the number of consecutive days that you have taken a Morning Readiness reading. If you have not missed a Morning Readiness reading, but your streak has started over, this can be due to the app needing a refresh:
1. Pull down on the app home screen to let it refresh.
2. If that doesn't work, log out of the Elite HRV app, noting the email address you used to log in. Log back in and let the app sit open on the home screen for about 2 minutes to do a full sync.
3. You can also restart your phone after you logged out, before logging back in.
