Team Members Not Showing Up on Team

If you have invited members to your team and they have accepted the invitation, but you are not seeing them on your team member list, there are a few things to check:

Please double-check to see if they are adding in their first and last name in the app (or any identifier if you have privacy concerns; there just needs to be something in those fields), otherwise they will not show up on your dashboard. If they have not done this, they can follow the instructions in this article (link) to do so. 

Then, have the team member restart their phone. Once this is done, refresh your Team Dashboard. You can start by refreshing the page showing your member list. If needed, you can restart your browser. If it's still not showing, clear your browser cache. Google Chrome is our recommended browser used to view the Dashboard.
