Getting Started With the Team Dashboard

We're so glad you're checking out the Team Dashboard, which makes HRV data aggregation and analysis convenient and fun. 

First, you'll want to download the Elite HRV app and start using it. When you are familiar with the app it will make instructing your team members much easier: https://elitehrv.com/app

Then, create your Team: Create Team

Once you've created your team, you'll want to add your team members: Add and Manage Team Members

When your Team members are active on your Dashboard, you can start analyzing their data. Check out this video for a quick demo of the Dashboard in action: Team Dashboard Demo
