Profile Screen Back Button Hidden

If you used the Apple login option and selected a Private Apple ID, often these IDs are too long for the email address field on our Profile page.

This causes the email address to run into the Back button at the top of the screen.

To fix this, you can replace the long private apple ID with another email address of your choice. Please see this article: How to change your account email

If you want to stay with the private apple ID, then you may need to close the app to get out of the Profile screen, then reopen the app.
